RECRUITMENT FOR INCOMING STAFF MEMBERS

In the International Cooperation Office (room 212), the following documents must be submitted:

• Staff Application Form for Teaching Mobility or Staff Application Form for Training Mobility
• Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Staff Mobility Agreement for Training – if you are not sure how to complete this document, please refer to: Guidelines for the Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching (załącznik nr 6) OR Guidelines for the Staff Mobility Agreement for Training
• Staff Nominee Form for Teaching or Staff Nominee Form for Training
• Proof of insurance for the duration of the mobility

UPON RETURN

In the International Cooperation Office (room 212), the following documents must be submitted:

• Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Staff Mobility Agreement for Training (1 copy) with the signature of the responsible person at the receiving institution
• Confirmation of exchange with the signature of the responsible person at the receiving institution and the institution’s stamp
• You will also receive an email invitation to complete the online questionnaire (EU Survey).
