On November 16, 2022, an open lecture Internationalization at the AASTMT was held, the speaker of which was Professor Amr Maged Ragheb El-Helw – The Dean for Agreements and Director of the International Cooperation Centre of The Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in Egypt.

After the lecture, during  the meeting, some issues were discussed which included:

• opportunities for staff and student exchanges
• internationalization of the partner university
• educational and research benefits resulting from cooperation with AASTMT
