A STUDY VISIT OF THE IULT STUDENTS TO THE AIR CARGO TERMINAL IN WROCŁAW

On April 28, 2025, students from the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław visited the Air Cargo Terminal in Wrocław. 

The aim of the visit was to familiarize students with the operations of the Cargo Terminal, the organization of logistics processes in air transport, and the infrastructure necessary for handling air cargo shipments.

The students toured, among others, the air cargo security screening area. They participated in the inspection of a shipment, which aimed to detect the presence of explosive materials. They also learned about the storage methods for shipments containing dangerous goods. During the visit, the students were introduced to the procedure of classifying various products for air transport. They also familiarized themselves with the information included in an air waybill number and the types of unique shipment codes used by different airlines.

The participants of the visit were the master's students in the field of Transport.
