During their studies, students acquire the knowledge, skills and competences necessary to achieve success in today's rapidly developing world. The students receive comprehensive knowledge of key elements of international business and management, including the integration of information technology within the global economic context, the impact of economic factors on business, and preparation to meet the challenges and opportunities of the global business world. Highly qualified and experienced lecturers provide the students with knowledge on managing capital, people skills, as well as time and projects.

Who can apply for a transfer from another university?
- students who are currently studying at another university and want to change their university or field of study

What is the form of studies in English?
- Studies in English take place in the form of full-time, Mon-Fri.
The procedure step by step
STEP 1 |
The person who wants to transfer provides the above-mentioned documents, on the basis of which the Dean determines whether the transfer is possible and for which semester. If there is a preliminary consent, a student must provide the Dean's consent to the parent university.
Original documents should be submitted in person at the dean's office or sent by post. At the initial stage, the Dean accepts the scan of the transcript of records by e-mail, but the original must be provided at a later date.
STEP 2 |
The Dean issues two decisions: the first one - about admission to studies on the basis of transfer, and the second one - about the recognition of the achievements and possible program differences to be made up for.
A student fills in the personal questionnaire, signs the contract in duplicate, and the vow.
STEP 3 |
We send a letter to the parent university with an official request to send documents from the student's file. We give a student access to the virtual dean's office, student’s book number and student ID.

Good to know
The projects assume 3-month paid internships for the first 200 people at the best employers in Lower Silesia, fully preparing for the profession (min. 800 EUR gross / month), as well as foreign internships for the first 60 people, in valued companies, among others in Germany, France and the United States (min. 1200 EUR gross / month).
The total pool of internships is aimed at 260 students studying at five new specialties at our university. |
In addition, programs to improve students' professional, language and IT competences through certified trainings, project classes, workshops and industry courses will be implemented: TELC, Proxy of the IATF automotive quality management system, IATF Internal Auditor Course, Standard MMOG / LE V4 Course, Process Management Data, The Supply Chain Awareness Game, Effective Manufacturing.

Specialisation: Transport Safety
Description of the specialisation

The Transport Safety specialisation meets the needs of ensuring a high level of safety in dynamically developing transport systems, and the growing demand for educated transport and forwarding specialists. Students gain knowledge about transport systems, and their functioning on the Polish and international market in the context of ensuring broadly understood safety.
As part of the specialisation, students will also find out how to manage modern transport, what actions should be taken in order to increase its level of safety, and how to conduct security analyzes, and how to ensure its high level. They will become familiar with modern tools for managing transport processes in the context of security.

Specialisation: Waste Management in the Automotive Industry
Description of the specialisation
|
Waste Management in the Automotive Industry is a unique specialisation on a national scale, which is a consequence of the dynamic development of companies in the automotive industry in Poland. The development of this industry, and the rapidly and constantly growing number of motor vehicles in use, make the issues of sustainable logistics, ecological and environmental safety challenges for future generations. The specialisation enables students to become familiar with the latest technologies for the recovery and storage of materials and their recycling. Students will acquire information about technologies for the production of subassemblies and components for motor vehicles, including combustion, hybrid and electric propulsion systems used in this industry.
As part of the specialisation, students will also get to know how to recover materials for recycling in a modern way, thereby reducing the area of landfills. In this regard, we pay a lot of attention to knowledge of the law in the management of various types (also hazardous) technological waste, as well as end-of-life cars. As part of the laboratory classes, students are also familiarised with modern business information systems in waste management of the automotive industry.
