The data published by the Central Statistical Office show that in 2021 as many as 61.2% of Poles aged 16-74 decided to shop online. E-commerce broke all possible records, which translated into the number of employees and an increase in wages.

According to the Puls HR portal, the minimum wage for the position of a delivery specialist with knowledge of English is PLN 4.500 gross. The maximum rate for this position is PLN 9,000 gross.

The supply chain managing director can count on earnings in the range of PLN 20,000 gross up to PLN 35,000 gross. The pay band for the logistics manager is PLN 13,000– 20,000, the business development manager will earn from PLN 15,000 up to PLN 20,000 gross, and the manager of the distribution centre from PLN 12,000 up to PLN 18,000 gross.
